We prefer to quote by the job with a fixed price, NOT the hour! Meaning no matter how long the repair or installation takes you only pay the quoted price!

3Flow Plumbing & Heating offer a detailed plumbing, heating and drainage survey to both residential and commercial properties giving our customers that extra peace of mind and knowledge before purchasing thechosen property. In our experience we have found that most people did not know that general building surveys that are carried out when buying a property do not include detailed aspects of central heating systems, general plumbing and even the drainage systems of the property. These things can be quite costly to resolve if a problem is found once you are the legal owner.Surveyors do not test systems and mainly generalise on what is in place paying no considerationto thecurrent condition, life span, efficiency and economic advantages that a modern system will provide. The cost of renewing a worn out or poorly installed systemcan be substantial which could reflect on the price you pay for the property. People often wantto install newluxury items such as modern power showers and taps that may not work correctly on old systems. In our experience we often find that people do not take into consideration the cost of having to update the systems in place as they have been told that it is working. Our fixed price surveys are carried out with a non-bias basis. You will receive an accurate and truthful account of the condition of the plumbing, heating and drainage system in place. Should remedial work be needed you can instruct us to carry out any such work or you can use this survey to show any potential contractors what is needed when obtaining quotations, this will eliminate the worry of other companies over charging for such work.
The heating report carried out by our Gas Safe registered engineers will check the condition of the appliance and that they are safe to be used. This contains checks on the flue systems, correct gas operating pressures and operation of safety devices.
